Body Rox

Body Rox is a comprehensive group fitness adventure that uniquely integrates interval training techniques with compound sports-related movements in an unparalleled inspiring exercise environment. Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or a seasoned athlete, Cardio Sport delivers an exercise experience that will elevate every participant’s overall health and fitness, and provide a motivational atmosphere that drives you to consistency and success.

Boot Camp

60 minutes of high intensity strength and cardiovascular exercise for the intermediate and advanced exerciser.  Wednesdays 6-7 pm.

What you will gain:

You will build muscle strength in your legs, core and upper body; enhance muscle endurance and staying power for long runs; increase your cardiovascular endurance; improve your stability and balance and avoid sore muscles and injuries.

Adult Karate

Karate is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.  Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:15 – 9:30 pm; and Saturdays 1 – 2 pm.

Cardio Blast is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals – from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!  Thursdays 9 – 9:20 am.
