  • SpinSpin is a fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout.  Spin will build endurance and provides great cardiovascular training Get your ride done inside no matter the weather with a virtual trainer.  45-60 minute cycling classes on Monday (8 am & 5:30 pm) and Wednesday (5:30 pm). with Cindi Jacobs 7:30 am to 8:15 am
  • Silver & Fit with Sandy SmithSilver Sneakers Instructor. 8:00 am to 8:45 am For the more experienced in Silver & Fit.
  • Silver Sneakers(Silver Sneakers Members Only) Increases muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. with Sandy SmithSilver Sneakers Instructor. 9:00 am to 9:45 am

    Holly Yarborough is our certified Pilates instructor here at Rox Fitness Center. With 16 years of experience, she believes Pilates is for everyone and anyone. Holly adapts her classes to suit all levels from beginner Pilates students to the most advanced. Pilates concentrates on total body strength, stretch, and tone while producing long, lean muscle. Flexibility, core strength, balance, and coordination are all areas of focus.

  • Group FitnessSandy Smith is the certified Group Fitness instructor with over 12 years of experience in fitness and also, CPR certified. Group fitness is 30 minutes of pure cardio such as aerobics, kickboxing, and dancing. 30 minutes of strengthening and toning such as ballet conditioning and core strengthening. Hand-held weights and elastic tubing may also be used from time to time. with Sandy SmithSilver Sneakers Instructor. 9:00 am to 10:00 am

Our experienced yoga instructors will take you through a series of stretches, positions and routines that will help you regulate and control your breathing.

  • Adult KarateKarate is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by mixed martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai.  Classes are Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:15 - 9:30 pm; and Saturdays 1 - 2 pm.   • Rox StepAlso known as step aerobics. Rox Step is a choreographed routine of stepping up and down on a rectangular, square, or circular platform.
