Holly Yarborough is our certified Pilates instructor here at Rox Fitness Center. With 16 years of experience, she believes Pilates is for everyone and anyone. Holly adapts her classes to suit all levels from beginner Pilates students to the most advanced. Pilates concentrates on total body strength, stretch, and tone while producing long, lean muscle. Flexibility, core strength, balance, and coordination are all areas of focus.
